About SKL

​Sarah Kate Levy ran for Los Angeles City Council in 2020, on a climate and social justice platform of abundant housing, transit, and trees. She was endorsed in that race by Congresswomen Katie Porter and Katie Hill.

​

Before that, Sarah was a writer whose published work included short fiction, poetry, personal essays, and one film she hopes you won't google. She is currently writing a novel.

 

At her day job, Sarah splits her time between consulting for political campaigns and small businesses, and working with students and other writers as a coach and developmental editor.
