I feel things too deeply, and I see things other people might miss. I write situations that create opportunities for epiphany. I draw worlds meant to elicit compassion, joy, laughter, excitement, agony. I create characters who offer a window into other lives. 

And I see you.

You poured your heart and soul into your work. You experienced the ups and downs of writing a great character and then finding her trapped in a muddy plot hole you can’t quite fix. You’ve gotten to the very last perfect lines of your manuscript, but you know there is something missing, some insight you can’t quite grasp.

It’s keeping you up nights, all the better ways to tell your story.

I studied English Lit at Yale, and got my Master of Professional Writing at USC. I’ve published stories, poems, and essays in lit mags and anthologies. I wrote a popular Mommy-blog (didn’t we all?) and I co-wrote a Sony Picture, too. 

Now I’m on a mission to use my skills and my experience to help other writers do their best work, because great writing is how we build a better world.

To date, I’ve coached novelists, memoirists, playwrights, and screenwriters, and I think this is the most exciting work I’ve ever done. In this moment when AI is colonizing all of our human experiences, helping artists make their art is an act of revolution.

And if I have anything to say about it, our revolution will be drafted with abandon, revised with joy, and delivered into the universe in beautiful prose.
